In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any wager on the Platform. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced. Any Account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment method originally used, subject to applicable verification procedures.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is operated for the benefit of Indonesian residents. By registering, you confirm that you are a resident of Indonesia and that accessing and using online gaming services is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Age Restriction Notice: The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and over. Minors are expressly prohibited from registering or placing wagers. rp1win reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account pending age verification.
2.3 Single Account Rule. Each individual User is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or shared credentials — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Funds or Bonus Funds held therein.
2.4 Mental Capacity. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not acting under any form of legal incapacity or guardianship that would prevent you from doing so.
2.5 Employees and Associates. Current employees, contractors, and immediate family members of rp1win and its affiliated companies are not permitted to hold Accounts or place wagers on the Platform.
3.1 Registration Process. To access the full features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian National ID number (KTP), valid email address, and active mobile phone number registered in Indonesia.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is true, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Funds. rp1win reserves the right to verify any information provided at any time.
3.3 KYC Verification. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, rp1win is required to verify your identity under its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You will be asked to submit a clear, legible photograph or scan of your Indonesian National ID (KTP). Verification is typically completed within one business hour. rp1win reserves the right to request additional documentation — including proof of address and proof of payment method ownership — at any time.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You agree not to share your username or password with any third party. rp1win will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify rp1win immediately via our 24/7 support channels.
3.5 Account Ownership. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights associated with it to any other person. Winnings, Funds, and Bonus Funds in your Account are not transferable to any other Account on the Platform.
rp1win uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections. We will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive a request for your password from any source claiming to be rp1win, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it immediately.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. rp1win accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available methods may be updated periodically; the current list is displayed on the Platform.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by membership tier and payment method and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section. rp1win reserves the right to amend these limits without prior notice.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits are credited to your Account in real time or within a maximum of 10 minutes of confirmation by the relevant payment provider. rp1win is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems, bank maintenance periods, or network interruptions outside of its control.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Accounts are processed as follows:
Processing times are estimates and may be extended during peak periods, scheduled maintenance, or when additional verification is required. rp1win targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 WIB.
4.5 Withdrawal to Registered Methods Only. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the initial deposit, or to a verified payment method registered under the same KYC-verified identity. Withdrawal to a third party's bank account or e-wallet is strictly prohibited.
4.6 Currency. All Funds on the Platform are held and transacted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). rp1win does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.
4.7 Suspicious Transactions. rp1win reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct. In such cases, rp1win may request additional documentation before releasing funds and may report the matter to relevant authorities.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. rp1win offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion's description.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money Funds. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games or markets, minimum odds, and expiry period for each bonus are detailed in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the automatic expiry and forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds.
5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only. rp1win reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and may result in Account suspension:
5.4 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. rp1win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a User has already opted in and begun fulfilling wagering requirements, rp1win will make reasonable efforts to honor the promotional commitment on a pro-rated basis.
Responsible Bonus Use: rp1win encourages all Users to read the specific terms of each promotion carefully before opting in. If you have any questions about a bonus offer, contact our support team before accepting the bonus. Acceptance of a bonus constitutes agreement to its specific terms.
6.1 Finality of Bets. Once a wager has been confirmed by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the User, except where the Platform's cash-out feature is available and the User elects to exercise it prior to event completion.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all betting markets and game types on the Platform. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and may vary by market, event, game, and membership tier. rp1win reserves the right to apply individual betting limits to specific Accounts at its sole discretion.
6.3 Sports Betting Markets. rp1win offers betting markets on domestic and international sporting events including BRI Liga 1, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, the UEFA Champions League, the FIFA World Cup, the AFF Cup (Piala AFF), and other events. Market availability, odds, and in-play betting options are subject to change and are not guaranteed for any specific event.
6.4 Togel and Numbers Games. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from officially published results. In the event of a discrepancy between a result displayed on the Platform and the official draw result, the official result shall prevail. rp1win's determination of the correct result is final.
6.5 Errors and Manifest Mistakes. rp1win reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error (including mispriced markets, system errors, or typographical mistakes), regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed by the Platform. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the User's Account.
6.6 RNG Games and Live Casino. All slot games and RNG-based table games operate using independently audited Random Number Generators. Live casino games are operated in partnership with licensed studio providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and others. Game outcomes are determined by the relevant studio's RNG or live dealing process and are beyond rp1win's direct control once a round has commenced.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Funds and Bonus Funds, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
Zero Tolerance Policy: rp1win operates a zero-tolerance policy for fraud, collusion, and match-fixing. Any Account found to be engaged in these activities will be permanently closed and all associated Funds will be forfeited. rp1win cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will disclose relevant Account information where required by applicable law.
8.1 Ownership. All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of rp1win or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited License. rp1win grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any Platform content without rp1win's express written consent.
8.3 Trademarks. The rp1win name, logo, and all related marks, slogans, and trade dress are trademarks of rp1win. You may not use any of these marks in connection with any product, service, or communication that is likely to cause confusion or that disparages or discredits rp1win.
9.1 Platform Availability. rp1win strives to maintain Platform availability of 99.9% or greater, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party infrastructure failures, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. rp1win will not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime, except to the extent that such downtime directly caused the loss of a confirmed winning position.
9.2 Betting Losses. rp1win is not liable for any financial losses incurred by Users as a result of wagering on the Platform. All betting and gaming activities carry inherent financial risk. You acknowledge that you participate at your own risk and that the Company cannot be held liable for your individual gambling outcomes.
9.3 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rp1win's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.
9.4 Indirect Losses. Under no circumstances will rp1win be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, even if rp1win has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.5 Third-Party Services. The Platform integrates third-party services including payment processors, game studio providers, and live data feeds. rp1win is not responsible for the performance, accuracy, or availability of these third-party services and accepts no liability for losses arising from third-party service failures.
10.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting rp1win support via live chat or email. Upon request, any real-money Funds remaining in your Account (excluding Bonus Funds, which will be forfeited upon closure) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
10.2 Closure by rp1win. rp1win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines that the Account has been involved in prohibited conduct, where KYC requirements have not been met, or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Users.
10.3 Self-Exclusion. Users who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion through our support team. Self-exclusions can be set for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. 10.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as inactive. rp1win will make reasonable efforts to notify the Account holder by email prior to applying an inactivity fee. The applicable inactivity fee and the process for reactivating an Account are detailed in the Platform's Account management section.
11.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rp1win is registered and licensed to operate.
11.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and rp1win arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may submit a formal complaint to our support team at [email protected]. rp1win will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
11.3 Binding Arbitration. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaint process, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on both parties.
11.4 Waiver of Class Action. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated, or representative action. You expressly waive any right to participate in class action litigation against rp1win.
12.1 Right to Amend. rp1win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
12.2 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should immediately cease using the Platform and request Account closure pursuant to Clause 10.1.
